Private Yoga Sessions

In a private yoga session, I devote my undivided attention to your yoga practice, tailoring the session to your individual needs. Private yoga classes introduce yoga forms to beginners in a stree free, injury free way and can take advanced students furthers in their practice than a group class can.

A 1 hour yoga session includes simple and easily integrated breathing, gentle warm ups, dynamic stretching postures and restorative relaxation. Practicing regularly release stress and tension leaving you calm and refreshed with an increased ability to mange the modern daily challenges of today's fast paced world.
Single Session $70/session
1 hour one-on-one private yoga session in the privacy of your own home* or my in-home ocean view yoga studio in Manhattan Beach.
4–8 Sessions purchased as package $65/session
1 hour one-on-one private yoga sessions in the privacy of your own home* or my in-home ocean view yoga studio in Manhattan Beach.
8–12 Sessions purchased as package $60/session
1 hour one-on-one private yoga session in the privacy of your own home* or my in-home ocean view yoga studio in Manhattan Beach.
* Prices valid for travel to client homes withing a 10 mile radius of Manhattan Beach. Travel can be arranged for locations outside this zone at an additional fee.
