Find relaxation and healing with Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy is effective at reducing stress and providing treatment for a number of discomforts. Massage Therapy is a form of Physical Therapy, so continuous treatments are necessary to relieve tight muscles. My own struggle with back injury has shown me how truly beneficial massage therapy can be, while making me an more empathic massage therapist. I offer a number of massage therapies including Deep Tissue, Swedish and Hot Stone.
