As a certified yoga instructor in classical Hatha style yoga and a certified massage therapist, I offer the traditional teaching and holistic approach to health, vigor, and happiness along with so many other wonderful benefits. 

In my mid-40s, I have incorporated yoga into my daily life for the last 12 years, which has helped me physically, mentally and emotionally deal with every day challenges. I am passionate about sharing my experiences, hopefully passing to you a real true life understanding of how yoga helped me through challenging times. 

If you are a beginner to yoga, I will teach you the five points to yoga which are proper exercise, yogic breathing, proper relaxation, dietary principles and meditation. If you are an intermediate to advanced yogi, I will assist you to your next level of practice by further opening up your mind and body. 

My focus is helping overweight individuals build their self-esteem, confidence, inner strength and positive thinking through a strong yoga practice which can illuminate the path to a a healthier lifestyle.

Yoga & Massage Therapy combined will relieve muscle and joint pain as well as improve the mobility and balance of the entire body. Let go of chronic, nagging pain and opening the doors to a healthier body...a healthier YOU!
