There are many different modifications for yoga poses, such as chair yoga, that I teach students who lack flexibility or are intimidated by traditional poses. I am passionate about helping those new to yoga build their self-esteem, confidence, inner strength and positive thinking by adopting a regular yoga practice into their lives. Yoga can work for you, no matter your size or fitness level. 

The word "Yoga" is not just a physical practice, but an emotional, mental and spiritual practice as well. I bring years of experience as a yoga instructor to help mentor you down a path to rejuvenation by balancing these 4 levels of practice.
