First, I would like to thank you for stopping by and visiting Bali Yoga.  This is your first step to opening up your mind, body and spirit.  The rewards will be transcending!

As a certified yoga instructor in classical Hatha style yoga I offer the traditional teaching and holistic approach to health, vigor, and happiness along with so many other wonderful benefits.  If you are a beginner I will teach you the five points to yoga which is proper exercise, yogic breathing, proper relaxation, dietary principles and meditation. In addition, I specialize in full figured men, women and children by gradually helping to build their self-esteem, confidence, inner strength and positive thinking through a strong yoga practice.  If you are an intermediate to advance yogi I will assist you to your next level of practice by further opening up your mind and body.

You will not be practicing with just a “yoga instructor”, but a mentor who will guide you through this wonderful journey down a path to a peaceful mind and a healthy body!
